Bookkeeping / Finance Administration
Our client is an asset management firm that invests in renewable energy assets. They have a global presence with their main office based in Dublin. The ideal candidate for this role would have 6+ years of accounts assistant experience and have plenty of experience managing invoices, processing payments, performing inter -company reconciliations, and assisting in quarterly reporting.
Responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation
Process accounts payables and receivable transactions
Manage invoices and payments for all group entities
* Oversee sales order management and client invoicing across multiple subsidiaries
Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field
o 3+ years of experience in finance administration, ideally in a multi -entity or international environment
o Desirable experience with Oracle NetSuite, Xero or similar ERP/accounting software
o Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel
This role is ideal for someone who has strong accounts assistant/finance administration experience and looking for a role that offers great hybrid working with 3 days in the office and flexible hours.
