Job Title: Senior Chemistry Laboratory Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our chemistry laboratory team and drive excellence in quality, compliance, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
* Laboratory Operations Management:
* Ensure all chemistry testing activities comply with GMP, GLP, GDP, EU GMP, ISO 17025, ISO 22716,
* & internal quality systems.
* Oversight of routine & non-routine chemistry testing of raw materials,
* in-process samples, and finished products.
Main Responsibilities - Technical & Operational
The Chemistry Supervisor will ensure the highest standards of Quality Control are achieved through effective technical leadership. This includes:
hovering daily laboratory operations,
supervising QC Chemists working within lab settings ensuring chemical sample extraction running appropriately.
day-to-day inspections carried out on equipment maintained for regular calibration checks performed during scheduled maintenance routines (for example weekly).

maintaining overall performance by analyzing trends in results obtained from those tests conducted using appropriate methods at required frequencies., providing guidance/training when necessary because sometimes more than just knowledge about something may also include skills development which requires hands-on instruction given directly from one person teaching another how it works.), reviewing approving trend interpreting analytical data prior releasing product after inspection readiness reviews.
