We are seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to join our team. This is a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment and workforce management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and recruit candidates in line with client requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Conduct interviews and skills assessments to ensure suitability for roles.
* Manage candidate onboarding, including registration, compliance, and induction.
* Maintain strong working relationships with client teams to understand workforce needs, culture, and operational priorities.
Client & Workforce Management:
* Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to enhance service delivery.
* Deliver accurate reporting, management information updates, and client reviews in line with SLAs.
* Ensure accurate candidate records and timely payment processing.
Compliance & Quality:
* Implement and maintain robust compliance procedures to meet legislative standards and company policies.
* Complete regular audits to ensure adherence to quality and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment and account management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
