Scotiabank is seeking a high-impact, commercially driven Director & Head of Consumer, Industrial & Retail (CIR) to lead and grow its Corporate Banking franchise across Europe.
This is a rare opportunity to take full strategic ownership of a key regional platform, lead major global client relationships and shape the future of the bank's Consumer, Industrial & Retail business across the region.
Responsibilities
Setting and executing the European CIR strategy
Leading a portfolio of large, multi-regional corporate clients
Driving revenue growth, asset growth and profitability
Building and inspiring a high-performing, client-centric team
Partnering with global product, risk and regional leadership teams
Representing the bank at senior client and regulatory level

A proven leader in Corporate Banking
Strong experience across Consumer, Industrial or Retail sectors
A track record of building client franchises and leading complex transactions
