Requirements
What You Bring
* At least 5 years of experience in digital or graphic design, ideally at a fast-moving startup.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating your range: brand identities, UI design, product visuals, voice of Customer analysis, user-centered thinking, user research, journey road mapping.
* Fluency in Figma and Adobe tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
* Experience creating and curating libraries of reusable components.
* Ability to work with developers and deliver designs that are easy to hand off and understand. Experience designing and delivering exceptional mobile and web products, understanding their limitations, and how to overcome them for great user experience.
* Knowledge of responsive design to create a unified experience across mobile, web, email, and chat channels.
* Familiarity with UX analytics tools, A/B testing, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and delivery processes.
* Deep care for details, from typography to spacing and polish.
* Bonus: experience in B2B, fintech, or regulated industries.
