HR Business Partner Role Overview
This is a dynamic and challenging role where you will join a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive HR team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive HR support to both the business and HR colleagues.
As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to senior stakeholders on strategic people-related matters. Your expertise will enable you to deliver effective solutions to complex HR issues and drive business results through collaborative partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively manage employee relations and provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to ensure positive outcomes.
* Support and coach all managers and employees in utilising performance management processes to achieve business goals.
* Manage Employee Relations issues and coach people managers from a case management perspective.
* Provide analytical insights to inform forward planning and measurement of staffing-related activities.
* Develop and propose HR initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance staff performance.
* Contribute to maintaining a healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
* 5 years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role preferably in a FMCG Environment.
* Highly efficient, results-focused, and with a keen attention to detail.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented individual.
