Line of ServiceInternal Firm ServicesIndustry/SectorNot ApplicableSpecialismIFS - AdministrationManagement LevelSenior AssociateJob Description & SummaryWe are pleased to announce the establishment of a new Middle Office Operations role within Internal Firm Services and are seeking a motivated and proactive Associate to join the team. This role provides administrative and operational support to internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate processing, data quality, and compliance with defined procedures. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, maintain records across systems, respond to queries, and assist with ongoing operational activities in a busy office environment.This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established operational function, gain exposure to a wide range of internal processes, and develop strong administrative and operational skills within a collaborative and supportive team environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceMaintain and update records across systems and databasesIdentify errors, missing information, or exceptions and coordinate resolutionCollaborate effectively with engagement teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and queriesSupport ongoing administrative and operational activitiesAssist with period-end or cycle-based activities as requiredSupport the design, development, and implementation of middle office workflows, controls, and best practicesSupport change and transition activities by participating in testing, training, and process readiness tasksIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to efficiency or automation initiativesProvide guidance and support to stakeholders on procedures and processes, where requiredMaintain clear records and supporting documentation for all actions performedFollow structured, request-based and escalation processesIdentify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvementExperience and SkillsMinimum 2 – 3 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or shared services roleExperience working with structured processes and defined proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience working with SAP and/or Salesforce is an advantage.Comfortable working with system data, reports, and spreadsheetsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to follow rules-based processes and escalation pathsTakes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasksAdditional Job DescriptionUnlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together We're inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
