Our client, a growing organisation currently expanding its IT team, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support its training hub and additional sites when required.This role combines Desktop IT Support and Audio Visual (AV) responsibilities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across office, training, and meeting environments.Key ResponsibilitiesResolve Service Desk tickets and provide hands‑on IT supportSet up and support laptops, phones, and end‑user devicesProvide AV support for meeting rooms, training sessions, and eventsSupport Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing platformsAssist with onboarding, asset management, and device lifecycle processesSupport remote users via VPN and remote access toolsTravel to other locations for onsite IT support when required (Dublin region)Requirements3–5 years’ experience in Desktop / IT SupportStrong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and AV systemsExperience supporting Microsoft Teams and video conferencing solutionsFamiliarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) / ticketing systemsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyFull Irish driving licence (required due to occasional site travel)Note that we can only accept applications from candidates fully eligible to work in Ireland.
