Job Summary
We are seeking a Board Support Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our boards of directors, including preparing board packs and coordinating meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare board packs for quarterly and ad-hoc meetings using document management software or PDF documents.
* Coordinate meetings with clients, service providers, and boards of directors, including managing logistics like room setup, catering, and transportation.
* Assist in the organisation of board approval requests and the signing of documents (including notarisation and apostilling).
* Handle audit requests by providing signed minutes and board packs.
* Support the team with ad-hoc queries and assist with database management.
Requirements:
* 1+ years experience in an administration or company secretary role.
* Experience with document management or board pack software is highly desirable.
