Part-Time (20 Hours per Week) | Hybrid (Dublin/Remote)

About Us:

Fitvision is a leader in corporate wellbeing, and Leaders Connect is a growing platform for leadership development. We work with organisations such as Workhuman, Salesforce, Oracle, and Primark to create lasting impact in leadership, performance, and wellbeing. We are now looking for a smart, proactive Business Development and Social Media Assistant to help us grow both brands.

The Role:

We are hiring a part-time assistant to support business development, social media, and brand marketing activities across Fitvision and Leaders Connect. You will work directly with the founder and core team, helping drive new client conversations and maintain a consistent digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research, identify, and create lists of potential new business leads.
* Draft and send outbound business development emails/messages.
* Manage and update CRM systems with leads and follow-ups.
* Draft and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.
* Engage with followers and respond to social media messages and comments.
* Assist in promoting events, webinars, and podcast episodes.
* Support creation of marketing assets (social graphics, quotes, email templates) using tools like Canva.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

* 1+ years' experience in business development, marketing, or social media support.
* Strong written communication skills — especially for LinkedIn and professional emails.
* Proficient with CRM tools.
* Experience using Canva and Mailchimp.
* Highly organised, self-starter attitude — comfortable working independently.
* Interest in leadership, performance, and wellbeing is a plus.

Working Style:

* Hybrid role: Ideally based in Dublin for occasional in-person meetings (approx. once a week), otherwise remote.
* Flexible working hours — we focus on outcomes rather than hours logged.
* Weekly 30-minute team check-ins plus daily updates.
