About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
* Support children's access and inclusion into daily activities and routines.
* Provide one-to-one support as required to promote positive peer interactions and assist with daily self-care.
Requirements:
* Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education.
* One year of professional experience working directly with pre-school children in an early years setting.

* A strong understanding of underlying principles in early years education, including Aistear and Siolta.
* The ability to use initiative, display enthusiasm, and interest in supporting and empowering young children and their families.
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
