Reperio has partnered with a large finance company that is seeking a Test Team Lead to join a growing team with an immediate start.
The position is a fixed-term contract of 12 months with the possibility of extension, offering a daily rate of €500 and remote work (with a requirement to be on-site once a month).
Responsibilities:
* Lead an experienced team to review and implement new testing methodologies throughout the project.
* Train, monitor, and review team performance to ensure project objectives are met.
* Prepare, deliver, and record test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
* Track, manage, and record issues during the testing lifecycle and report to management.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of software testing experience (functional and non-functional).
* Experience in leading a testing team.
* Proven test planning and execution experience.
* Experience in the finance or insurance industry is desirable.
