Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a large client with the hiring of a HRIS Manager to lead the implementation, optimisation, and governance of HR systems across a growing international organisation. This role reports to the Head of People and is key to driving digital HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and optimise HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) across multiple regions.
* Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure system governance and compliance.
* Redesign HR processes for automation and efficiency.
* Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics to enable data‑driven decisions.
* Deliver training and champion system adoption.
* Lead HRIS projects including upgrades and integrations.
Requirements
* 5+ years in HRIS/HR Technology roles, ideally in multi‑site environments.
* Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar).
* Strong HR process knowledge and data/reporting expertise.
* Proven project/change management skills.
* Degree in HR, Business, or IT; CIPD membership a plus.
