This role will suit someone who thrives in fast moving environments, can balance business priorities with technical constraints, and enjoys shaping scalable, secure, and reliable platforms.ResponsibilitiesLead cross functional technical programs from concept through launchOwn delivery timelines, scope planning, risk management, and stakeholder communicationTranslate business goals into clear technical and functional requirementsCoordinate engineering, product, operations, and external partners to ensure successful outcomesManage escalations, prioritisation decisions, and trade offs between speed, quality, and costSupport the design and delivery of customer facing digital experiences and platform enhancementsDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and execution standardsKey SkillsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceProven experience delivering software or platform products end to endStrong background in program or project management within technical environmentsExperience working across engineering, product, and business teamsKnowledge of payments, fintech, or mobile commerce is beneficialFamiliarity with Linux, Java, and web technologiesExperience managing infrastructure, networking, or large scale technical projectsProficiency with scheduling, planning, and reporting toolsStrong communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skillsProfessional certification in project or program management is an advantageLocationDublin (5 days on site)EligibilityIrish Citizenship or Stamp 4 required (no sponsorship available)
