About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on
Maintenance Supervisor
to join a busy production facility in Donegal. You'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring that all production and packaging equipment is maintained to the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
You'll work as part of a small, skilled maintenance team, tackling both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and real-time troubleshooting to minimise downtime and support production targets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Provide day-to-day maintenance support for production operations.
* Carry out repairs, inspections, and improvements on mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Take ownership of scheduled PPMs, ensuring accurate records and timely completion.
* Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and safely to restore uptime.
* Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a
manufacturing or food production environment

multi-skilled
across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* A proactive mindset — equally confident working independently or as part of a close-knit team.
* Strong
diagnostic and problem-solving
ability, with confidence working on
PLC-controlled machinery
