We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our human resources department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining open and effective communication with employees to foster a positive work environment.
2. Safeguarding accurate employee records while efficiently managing the recruitment process.
3. Collaborating in the scheduling of training programs and supporting disciplinary procedures in accordance with best practices.
4. Promoting adherence to Irish employment law
In order to succeed in this role, you should have strong interpersonal skills, experience working within hotel environments, ideally with at least 3 years' background in Human Resources departments.
