About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. This role will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring the company’s financial operations are compliant, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts.
* Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
* Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics.
Reporting & Compliance
* Produce timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
* Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
* Coordinate internal and external audits.
Budgeting & Cost Control
* Manage departmental budgets and monitor expenditures.
* Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
* Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds.
* Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital.
Investment & Strategic Support
* Conduct financial evaluations of new projects, investments, and business opportunities.
* Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Maintain robust internal controls and ensure data integrity.
* Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
* Minimum of [5+] years’ experience in financial management or related roles.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards and experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
* Proficiency in financial software.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
