Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times, providing our customers with excellent quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
* HACCP training is desirable but not necessary.
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
* The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
* A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers.
Main duties:
* Actively embody SuperValu brand values: Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative, and Imaginative.
* Prepare customers' bakery orders.
* Bake, prepare, and display bakery products sold throughout the day.
* Ensure that the counter displays across all fresh food departments meet the highest standards at all times.
* Demonstrate passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations with customers.
* Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in line with store policy.
Shift timings:
* Tuesday: 06:00 to 14:00
* Saturday: 06:00 to 14:00
