This is a fantastic chance to be part of a fast-paced environment, working alongside industry-leading SMEs, and influencing critical phases of biological drug development and production.What You'll Bring To The RoleMinimum of 3 years' post-bachelor's experience in a GMP-related function such as Operations, Technical Support, Engineering, or Maintenance2-3 years' hands-on experience working with biological drug substancesProven ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication and team collaboration skillsKnowledge of GMP documentation processes, change control, deviation management, and statistical process analysisAdditional Valuable SkillsExperience in deviation management, equipment support, or process optimization projectsProficiency in statistics and continuous process verificationFamiliarity with regulatory inspections, GMP standards, and process validation practicesPreferred Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotech, or related fieldsPrevious exposure to biologics manufacturing and tech transfer activitiesOther RequirementsAbility to work in a fast-changing project environment capturing surge activities planned for 2026This role offers a 12-month contract, full-time hours (39 per week), and competitive pay aligned with industry standards.
