Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Financial Operations to lead our finance team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee period-end closing, monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and internal audit processes.
* Promote collaboration between departments and drive profitability through effective business partnering.
* Provide data-driven insights, leverage financial metrics, and identify key performance indicators.
* Collaborate closely with the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other budget holders on budgets and performance.
* Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives and sales growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a director-level position.
* Skill Set: Proven track record of driving financial performance, improving process efficiency, and developing high-performing teams.
