Agile Process Facilitator

This role is crucial to our vision of transforming how we manage risk and serve customers. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, leveraging your skills to guide groundbreaking AI initiatives and enhance Agile maturity within two development teams.
As a seasoned facilitator, you'll facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring teams remain aligned and productive. You'll also participate in Scrum of Scrums and facilitate Program Increment (PI) execution, working closely with product owners to identify and resolve potential challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching two development teams to achieve greater Agile maturity while maintaining a sustainable and productive development pace.
* Facilitating all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Participating in Scrum of Scrums and facilitating Program Increment (PI) execution.
* Working alongside product owners to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges.
* Maintaining relevant metrics that report on progress.
To succeed, you'll need:
* Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe certification.
* Significant experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, helping development teams apply Agile, Scrum/SAFe, and DevSecOps practices.
* Strong leadership skills, with a track record of proactively driving process improvements and solving problems for the product team.
* Ability to create value for the product by actively anticipating and resolving issues.
* Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to help teams maintain and enhance momentum.
