We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.
Job Description
The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for guiding and providing leadership and expert knowledge in employee relations. S/he will partner with Service Managers and the Multi-Disciplinary Team Heads of Department across the service to ensure the delivery of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies
* Provide guidance and expertise on employment law and employee relations
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
* Master's Level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years consecutive experience in a senior HR role, within the last 5 years
* Previous ER/IR experience is essential
* Excellent knowledge of employment law
