Responsibilities
Organise and lead weekly meetings for your assigned section.
Plan and participate in activities such as outings, hikes, camps, and other adventures.
Inspire and support youth as they learn, grow, and explore.
Who You'll Work with
Beaver Leaders: Guide 6–8 year olds in their first Scouting adventures.
Cub Scout Leaders: Support 8–11 year olds in building confidence and learning new skills.
Scout Leaders: Mentor ***** year olds through exciting challenges and activities.
Venture Scout Leaders: Guide ***** year olds in developing leadership and pursuing passions.
Rover Scout Leaders: Empower ***** year olds to lead and impact their communities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Adaptability & flexibility.
Organisational and planning skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making.
Creativity and initiative.
Patience and empathy.
Basic outdoor skills (camping, hiking, orienteering) a bonus.
Time and Commitment
Minimum 6 months commitment, 2 hours weekly, evenings Monday-Friday.
