This is a hands-on, varied role for an early-career marketer seeking exposure to brand strategy, campaign management, and cross-functional projects.Key Responsibilities• Support the UK Marketing Manager in delivering local brand strategy, campaign launches, and trade initiatives for the Company's brand portfolio• Work closely with agencies and partners to develop content for digital, social, and in-store activations• Monitor and analyse brand performance using sales data, digital KPIs, and consumer insights, providing actionable recommendations• Manage day-to-day marketing administration, including budget tracking, POS material, and sample requests• Assist in localising global marketing assets to ensure brand consistency with UK/Irish cultural relevance• Collaborate on the planning and execution of experiential activities, event sponsorships (incl. Tennis), and influencer campaigns• Liaise with sales, and comms teams to support NPD launches, retail promotions, and shopper marketing• Track competitor activities and trends in the UK food space• Contribute to presentations, report preparation, and cross-functional meetings with internal stakehold**ersCandidate Pro**file• Graduate-level education; Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG, food, or consumer brand marketing preferred• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects• Comfortable working with data and drawing insights for marketing decisions• Creative, proactive, and eager to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); confident managing agencies and partners• Knowledge of the UK & Irish grocery channels, digital marketing, and emerging consumer trends is an advantage• A passion for food, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a**bonusWhat We**Offer• Competitive salary and benefits (up to 60K + 10K MBO + Relocation pack)• Opportunity to contribute to major brand campaigns and career development
