Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include conducting both scheduled and on-demand service visits to thoroughly inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair compressed air and gas systems.
You will manage system installations, ensuring they meet safety regulations, and accurately document your work using digital tools.
As the on-site expert, you will serve as the primary contact for customers, providing advice focused on service improvements and tailored solutions.
You will diagnose faults to minimize equipment downtime, enhancing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
You may participate in on-call support, addressing urgent requests professionally.
You will attend technical training and team meetings to promote growth and share best practices.
You will embody the Atlas Copco brand by identifying opportunities for enhancement and delivering value to customers.

Job location
This role is based at our customer center in Ireland, covering Dublin/Leinster, with travel to customer sites.
