About The Role
As a Relief Social Care Worker, you will:
* Support young people in their daily routines, education, and personal development.
* Build positive relationships that promote safety, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
* Maintain clear and accurate records, contributing to care planning and review meetings.

Requirements
* QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Applied Social Care or equivalent (eligible for CORU registration).
* Understanding of HIQA/Tusla Standards, Children First, and safeguarding procedures.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers.
* Full, clean driving licence (desirable).
