Financial Operations Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support on various financial activities, including supplier invoicing, credit notes, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Retrieve and process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments in a timely manner
* Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions
* Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
* Manage employee expense reports and reconcile company debit and credit cards
* Prepare and process supplier payments, both manually and electronically
* Maintain daily bank balance management and ensure accurate reconciliation of supplier statements
* Collaborate with the audit team to resolve any queries or discrepancies
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of accounting software and procedures
