Our client, a rapidly expanding Technology firm are seeking a highly skilled sales/business development professional to join their organization at Director level. You’ll work directly with senior leaders across regulated financial services firms, building credible, long-term relationships and leading complex, high-value sales conversations. While carrying your own revenue target, you’ll also support and develop a small team, helping them raise performance and win more business. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, investor-backed company, where you’ll have real influence over the direction and growth of the Fund Services segment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the Fund Services revenue target (personal and team quota)
Drive new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
Coach and develop a team of sales professionals to consistently high standards
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM reporting
Key Requirements
Proven enterprise B2B sales experience within Fund Services, Asset Management or regulated Financial Services
Strong track record of delivering personal revenue targets and closing complex, high-value deals
Experience selling SaaS or technology-enabled solutions to senior stakeholders
Previous experience leading or coaching a small sales team in a player-coach capacity
Strong understanding of fund structures, governance and regulatory environments
