Part Time Bookeeper/Assistant Accountant required for role in busy Entertainment Agency.This is a great opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team in an exciting, fast paced environment.The role requires someone who can work as part of a team as well as independently, with the ability to adapt and be reactive.Previous entertainment/event industry experience is not required for this role.Duties will include but not be limited to:· Double check and issue contracts and invoices through CRM system.· Credit Control.· Review and set up payments for the MD and/or external accountant to authorise.· Payroll preparation for external accountant to process.· Liaise closely with external accountant when necessary, especially re bi-annual management account production.· Prepare monthly files and reports for external accountant to upload to accounts package.· Develop strong working relationships with suppliers (talent) and customers.· Ad-hoc financial reporting for MD using CRM system.· Identify and implement improvements to the financial processes.· Occasionally assist MD with ad-hoc duties as required.The Ideal Candidate will have:· Good Payables and Receivables experience· Good at building supplier and customer relationships.· Excellent IT skills and very high level of attention to detail.· Reliability and a flexible, positive attitude towards work.· Excellent interpersonal skills with proficient telephone and written communication manner.· Quick and accurate data entry skills.· Proficient in both oral and written English.Details:Contract length: 6 months to begin with a view to permanencyPart-time hours: Ideally 4 hours per day 5 days a week but flexibility on both for the right candidate.Salary: Negotiable depending on experienceRemote/Hybrid/Office: In person training initially with a view to going fully remote.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: €15.00-€20.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 25 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeFlexitimeSick payWork from homeWork Location: Remote
