We are seeking an experienced professional to lead large-scale transformation and strategic change programmes. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 8 qualification and have substantial and extensive experience in project management, change management, and business process analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide change management expertise for programmes and projects, including defining change impact assessments and developing plans for stakeholder engagement.
* Analyse and review business processes to identify areas for improvement and inform future designs.
