We are seeking an IT Scrum Master to lead our Agile initiatives and drive high-quality project delivery. This role will support PepsiCo's Faster, Stronger, Better principles by implementing and expanding Scrum practices across delivery teams, working closely with the PMO and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
* Coach team members in Agile frameworks
* Facilitate communication and collaboration within teams
* Act as the point of contact for external communications
* Manage product backlogs and new requests with product owners
* Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
* Support teams in implementing changes effectively
* Ensure deliverables meet quality standards each sprint
* Guide teams towards higher Scrum maturity
* Promote a productive environment where team members take ownership
* Provide consulting support across PGCS sites and project managers
* Present project portfolios and dependencies at IT PMO forums
* Engage with Global PepsiCo PMO and Strategy teams on initiatives and policies
* Support Project Management Audit Controls
Qualifications
* Scrum Master certification
* Project Management certification (PMI, PMP)
* 5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading projects
* Strong experience in Agile methodologies
* Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
* Coaching experience for new Project Managers or IT staff in Agile
* Experience in Project Quality Analysis and resolving quality issues
* Proficiency with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Office 365)
* Technical understanding of IT Delivery projects
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Enthusiasm for Agile practices
