Key Responsibilities:
* General Admin duties include correspondence, photocopying, scanning, phone calls, and managing sensitive personal data.
* Issue keys, IDs, and license agreements to facilitate the arrival of new residents.
* Handle complaints from residents or third parties and escalate to the line manager as needed.
* Serve as the first point of contact for the business, answering queries and providing information.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception Office.
* Maintain high-quality customer service when interacting with all residents and third parties.
* Assist with transactions, such as processing rental payments, managing debtors effectively, producing accommodation invoices where applicable, and performing daily banking tasks.
Requirements:
* High proficiency in MS Office and strong customer service skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a small team.
