* Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment

* Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.(5 days over 7)
Responsibilities of the

* Ensuring the highest level of food quality, presentation, consistency, and customer service is delivered to guests.
* Training and mentoring of staff, continuing a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling.
* Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
