We're partnering with a leading developer delivering high-profile residential and mixed-use projects across Kildare and are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for major projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams to maximise value and ensure commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Procurement and subcontractor management
Contract administration
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
Cost reporting and financial control
Supporting project delivery teams throughout the construction lifecycle
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Proven experience working on large-scale construction projects
Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Developer, main contractor, or consultancy experience considered
