Job Overview:
This position entails the creation of visual content, management of social media platforms, and development of multimedia assets for businesses.
* Content Production: Produce and edit videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns to engage target audiences.
* Social Media Management: Develop and schedule posts across various social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required. Respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
* Content Planning: Maintain a shared content calendar to plan and schedule posts for both brands. Ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with campaigns, promotions, and key events.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to develop content that supports campaigns and promotions. Utilize content briefs provided by the digital marketer to create assets that align with campaign goals and messaging.
* Performance Analysis: Track the performance of social media content and identify areas for improvement. Adjust content strategies based on feedback from the Digital Marketing Exec and performance insights.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of content creation and social media platforms.
* Proficiency in editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
* Knowledge of best practices for various digital and social media platforms.
* A keen eye for design, with an understanding of visual aesthetics and composition.
