Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional guest service and drive hotel success.
">
* Develop and implement effective yield management and upselling strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
">
* Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated approaches.
">
* Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
">
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of the reservations system.
">
* Handle guest queries and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
">

Requirements:

">
">
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel reservations or front office role.
">
* Previous supervisory experience is highly advantageous.
">
* Proficiency in Opera Cloud is essential.
">
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
">
* Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
">
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
">
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
