We are looking for an experienced and reliable General Labourer to join our team, supporting day-to-day site operations and larger projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist tree surgeons with site preparation, clean-up, and safe handling of materials.Operate and maintain small machinery, tools, and equipment.Carry out general groundworks, including cutting, chipping, and loading.Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient worksite.Work flexibly to support projects both locally in Leinster and further afield when required.Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar labouring, landscaping, or outdoor hands-on role.Strong interest in machinery, tools, and practical outdoor work.Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (essential).Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).Appropriate PPE including safety boots and workwear.Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work outdoors in all weather.Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions safely.Willingness to travel nationwide for larger projects on occasion (transport provided for site work).DesirableExperience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction.Chainsaw or machinery tickets (advantage, but not essential).What We OfferCompetitive payOpportunities to develop new skills in tree surgery and machinery operation.Supportive team environment with a focus on safety and professionalism.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekExperience:Construction/Landscaping: 3 years (required)Licence/Certification:Safepass Card (required)Manual Handling Certificate (required)Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
