Building Operations Professional
This position reports to the Building Operations Coordinator (BOC) and is responsible for managing day-to-day helpdesk requests, reactive moves, and churns while demonstrating high-level security awareness and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Handling operational expertise including trouble ticket responses, IT equipment setup assistance,
and small works covering painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
* Ensuring efficient building operations by maintaining health and safety compliance
and supporting the facilities team in delivering excellent service that enhances client satisfaction
and operational continuity.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience who has good DIY skills
with some carpentry skills and basic electrical knowledge. You should have problem-solving
& decision-making abilities as well as excellent verbal & written communication skills.
