Role Overview
In this role, you will work with clients from different industries, helping them plan their next career steps, improve their CVs, prepare for interviews and develop their job-search skills. You may also be involved in delivering online workshops and webinars.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored career guidance to clients in various sectors
* Support clients with career planning, CV development and interview preparation
* Offer practical advice on job-search methods
* Deliver online workshops and share good practice
* Keep up to date with industry trends to inform coaching
Skills & Experience
* Experience in career coaching, HR, recruitment or related areas
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Empathetic, supportive and client-focused approach
* Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
