Our client, a leading top 10 professional services firm based in Dublin, is seeking a high calibre Corporate Finance Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to join their fast growing advisory team. This is a key hire at an exciting time of expansion, offering real responsibility, client exposure, and a clear path to progression. Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) from initial pitch through to completion. Assist in financial modelling, business valuations, due diligence and market research. Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including pitch decks, Information Memoranda, and strategic reviews. Conduct industry and company analysis to support deal origination and execution. Interact with clients, investors, legal advisors and other stakeholders throughout the deal cycle. Collaborate with senior team members on business development and new opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: ACA, ACCA or CFA qualified, ideally with 0-2 years post qualified experience. Prior experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Audit. Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation and analysis. Commercially astute, with excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable working in a high-performance, deal-driven environment.
