Job Title
The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to lead and motivate a team of sales representatives in delivering sales targets. The manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities
1. Deliver KPIs including headcount and sales targets
2. Lead by example in performance, quality, and compliance
3. Be a knowledge expert in product and selling skills and objection handling
4. Act as a hands-on leader and actively sell and demonstrate sales strategy to coach and support team members
5. Tailor coaching and communications styles to maximise team members' engagement and learning
6. Support the Client Service Manager as required
7. Ensure the team are conducting compliant activity at all times
Functional Responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing industry insight from the field and team members and channel accordingly
2. Maintain knowledge on all client services and activities and ensure the team are kept informed
3. Represent the company in a consistently professional manner
4. Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience of people leadership in a target-driven field-based setting
* Track record of managing teams to sales targets in sales or comparably demanding self-directed environments
* Competent IT Skills and ability to efficiently manage admin processes and systems
* Essential skills include building trust and strong working relationships, articulate communication, influencing skills, and presentation delivery capability
