The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including leading, motivating, and training a diverse F&B team to deliver exceptional service.

Maintaining service standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are also key responsibilities of this role.

Duties:

* Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant

* Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

* Drive revenue through effective cost control, upselling, and promotions

* Create staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively

* Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner

* Liaise with the kitchen, events, and front office teams to ensure smooth service flow
">
* Maintain inventory control and ensure the timely ordering of stock
">

Requirements:

* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar F&B management role within a hotel or restaurant environment

* Strong leadership and people management skills
">
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
">
* Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service

* Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and standards
">
* Proficient in stock control, budgeting, and rota planning
">
* Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland
