Role: Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator Client: Property Management Agency Essentials: 2+ years experience in Residential maintenance coordination or facilities coordination in a fast-paced environment in Ireland; Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; Strong customer skills.

Manage and coordinate maintenance issues across a portfolio of residential rental properties Act as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and property managers Arrange, schedule and monitor repair works, ensuring timely completion and follow-up Review inspection reports and ensure properties meet current housing standards Respond promptly and professionally to tenant and landlord queries Advise property owners on maintenance obligations and best practice solutions Work closely with internal property management and multi-unit development teams Maintain accurate records and update internal systems accordingly If you're interested or would like to find out more, please apply directly or contact or
