We are seeking a Senior Cost Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost plans and estimates for construction projects at various stages of design.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost plans and estimates for construction projects.
* Budget Development: Assist in the development of project budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.
* Benchmarking & Analysis: Use current data to benchmark costs and support value engineering exercises.
* Tender Support: Collaborate with the bid team to provide cost input for tenders, including pricing strategies.
* Tender evaluation process is complex as it can include several constraints that may have an impact on your tender response ,Risk Management: Identify risks during bidding phase as well as ongoing lifecycle management (eg control measures ).
