Social Media Manager - TikTok & Instagram (Freelance) Farmer Browns Restaurant Group - Dublin
About Us: Farmer Browns is an award-winning restaurant group with two popular locations in South Dublin (Rathmines & Clonskeagh). We're known for our locally-sourced Irish and American brunch/dinner dishes, warm hospitality, and vibrant community atmosphere. We're currently relaunching our dinner menu with a focus on sustainability, seasonality, and exceptional cocktails.
The Role: We're seeking a creative freelance Social Media Manager to manage our TikTok and Instagram presence. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone passionate about food, hospitality, and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and post 3 engaging posts per week across TikTok and Instagram
* Take food/atmosphere photos once weekly at our locations
* Develop content that showcases our dishes, atmosphere, and brand values
* Engage with followers and respond to comments/DMs
* Stay current with social media trends, especially food-related content
* Collaborate with our existing team (we'll provide additional content support)
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram for businesses (portfolio required)
* Strong photography skills with smartphone/basic equipment
* Understanding of food photography and restaurant industry
* Knowledge of social media trends and hashtag strategies
* Excellent written English
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Based in Dublin or willing to visit our locations weekly
Preferred:
* Experience in hospitality/restaurant social media
* Video editing skills for TikTok content
* Understanding of Dublin food scene
