About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts across manned guarding and facilities management services. This is a pivotal role that requires leadership, vision, and a deep understanding of the security industry.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
* Leverage market research to identify new opportunities for expansion within existing customer base or target new customers.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners to establish trust and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing & Operations) ensuring cohesive messaging from campaign inception thru delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
An ideal candidate would possess:
