About You
The ideal candidate should have excellent technical and functional expertise in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft cloud solutions (Office 365, Power BI, Fabric, etc.), with an interest in expanding into Artificial Intelligence.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for designing Business Applications within the Microsoft Power Platform, utilizing Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure components. Your role includes assessing client needs, mapping requirements, leading your team, and delivering solutions.
Responsibilities include leading client interactions, supporting sales, designing architecture, using KPIs to measure quality, defining requirements, overseeing issue resolution, and traveling as needed.
Responsibilities:
Solution envisioning and design in an Agile environment with Microsoft technologies.
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Contributing to go-to-market strategies and promoting capabilities.
Serving as a senior architect within the team.
Qualifying opportunities, understanding requirements, and designing solutions.
Producing documentation such as solution designs, effort estimations, and business cases.
Mentoring developers and ensuring standards are met.
Collaborating in agile planning, estimating effort, and allocating tasks.
Identifying risks and participating in mitigation activities.
Maintaining relevant documentation.
Supporting sales proposals and project scope definitions.
Participating in solution customization and configuration for D365 & Power Platform.
Candidate Skills and Experience:
3+ years as a Solution Architect or similar role in enterprise systems development.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of technology accelerators and deployment guidelines.
Understanding of Microsoft technologies and solution integration.
Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
Self-management skills to handle workload effectively.
Experience in a consultancy environment is desirable.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in emerging technologies like AI.
