Hays Recruitment are helping our clients grow their HVAC manufacturing team in East Cork and are hiring General Operatives with strong hands on experience
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and assembling HVAC units in a modern workshop environment
* Using drills, grinders, impact tools and other power tools daily
* Assisting with piping and wiring (experience a bonus)
* Working to Lean / 6 Sigma principles to keep production efficient
* Supporting senior technicians with testing and finishing
* Maintaining a safe, organised workspace
Highly Valued Skills
* Brazing experience - a major advantage
* Comfortable with mechanical assembly or construction type work
* Ability to read basic instructions or drawings
* Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Hours & Location
* Monday-Thursday: 7:00-15:30
* Friday: 7:00-14:30 (early finish)
* East Cork-based facility
* Own transport required
