We're looking for friendly, reliable Bar Staff to join our team and provide warm, efficient service to guests.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in good customer service, and can stay focused during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve drinks quickly and accurately, including pints, spirits, wines, and simple cocktails.
Deliver excellent customer service, greeting guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle cash, card payments, and operate the till confidently.
Maintain cleanliness across the bar area, glassware, and customer spaces.
Restock fridges, change barrels, and rotate stock as needed.
Follow all age verification, alcohol licensing, and safety procedures.
Assist with setting up and closing down the bar, ensuring everything is clean and secure.
Communicate effectively with the wider team to support smooth service.
Qualifications:
Previous bar or hospitality experience.
Confident communication and strong people skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods.
Basic understanding of alcohol service and hygiene standards.
