We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Manager to lead our SME client through the strategic and operational adoption of AI across their business. This role will partner closely with leadership teams to define an AI vision, assess organisational readiness, redesign processes, and guide the implementation of AI-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct AI maturity and readiness assessments across all business functions.Develop AI transformation strategies aligned with the client's commercial goals.Identify high-impact use cases that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, and decision-making.Build strategic roadmaps outlining phases, priorities, risks, and expected ROI.Recommend fit-for-purpose AI tools, platforms, and workflows tailored to SME environments.Oversee pilot projects and work with internal teams to ensure successful introduction of new AI processes.Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of AI tools.Deliver workshops, presentations, and training sessions to upskill staff.Define success metrics and track adoption and performance outcomes.Experience Required5+ years in consulting, digital transformation, business architecture, or operational leadership.Strong understanding of modern AI tools, automation platforms, and how they apply to real-world business challenges.Proven track record leading transformation or change initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
